Is my personal to-do list private?
Yes. My Tasks is a personal workspace only you can see — it's separate from team workspaces, which are only visible to people you invite.
How do teammates join a workspace?
Generate an invite link from inside a workspace and share it, or type email addresses and we send each person their own invite. Anyone who opens it while signed in joins automatically — invite links expire after 7 days.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — YallaDo for iOS and Android uses the same account and the same boards, and sends push notifications for mentions and assignments (you choose which).
What happens if I delete a workspace?
It permanently removes all of its tasks and comments and removes access for everyone in it. This can't be undone.
